Bill Solomon

Hello there, I'm Bill Solomon, a man who values the simple joys of life and the fascinating world of numbers. My journey began with a degree in Actuarial Science from Penn State University, a place that not only shaped my education but also my character.

I've spent early part of my career as a Pension Actuary, working diligently at respected firms like Towers Perrin (Watson) and Aon. Numbers and calculations have always been a source of fascination for me, and I took great pride in consulting large corporations in shaping their benefits packages around company goals.

But life has an uncanny way of leading you down unexpected paths. The most impactful instance was the day I met my wonderful wife, Stacey. Little did I know that this serendipitous meeting would eventually connect me to Biben Sales through her family's business, where I now have the privilege of serving as President.

One of the most rewarding chapters of my career has been shepherding Biben Sales through a significant transition. As some of our most experienced team members retired, they left behind an enduring legacy within the electrical industry. My task was to welcome fresh talent while preserving the heart and values that have defined Biben Sales for years. It's been a journey filled with challenges and triumphs, and I'm proud of the team we've become.

Beyond the office, my heart belongs to my family. Stacey and I are blessed with three wonderful children. We relish the simple pleasures in life - sitting around a campfire, pedaling our bikes along scenic trails, participating in youth sports, and cheering on our favorite teams (a nod to my Penn State loyalty!).

When I'm not immersed in numbers or enjoying family life, you'll often find me tinkering around the house, working on DIY projects, or perfecting the art of landscaping. I find deep satisfaction in creating a warm and inviting home, much like building a strong team in the workplace.

I also enjoy a round of golf when I need to clear my head and soak in the serenity of the green. It's a game that mirrors life in many ways, teaching me patience, adaptability, and the importance of a steady hand.

I'm a firm believer in the power of lifelong learning and am always on the lookout for opportunities to expand my horizons, both personally and professionally.

Feel free to connect with me; let's swap stories, insights, and experiences. Together, we can make life's journey a bit more meaningful and colorful!
